China Bistro Brings Fusion Flavours To West London
China Bistro, helmed by Sanjay Vazirani, debuts in Ealing with its Tangra-style cuisine, featuring signature dishes, modern interiors, and innovative cocktails, marking a bold entry into London’s culinary scene.
West London is set to welcome a vibrant new dining experience as China Bistro, the international award-winning restaurant known for Tangra-style Pan-Asian cuisine, prepares to open its doors in Ealing Broadway next month. This marks the brand’s debut in Europe and signals its ambitious expansion into the UK market.
Boasting 18 successful locations across India and the UAE, China Bistro has built a reputation for its distinctive Tangra cuisine, which merges the culinary traditions of Kolkata’s historic Hakka Chinese community with India’s bold, spice-driven flavours. The Ealing branch will feature signature creations such as Chicken Basil Dumplings, Eight Treasure Soup, Mao’s Favourite Chicken, and Wok-Tossed Hakka Noodles, alongside live robata grills, dim sum counters, and a visually stunning open kitchen.
Located on The Green in Ealing, the 90-cover restaurant offers a dining environment inspired by ancient Chinese warriors, combining traditional wok cooking stations with contemporary interiors. Its drinks menu will feature Asian-inspired cocktails such as The Great Wall and Wild China, along with jasmine teas and wines selected to complement its intricate, spice-infused dishes.
Founded in 2003 by Sanjay Vazirani, China Bistro has grown to encompass luxury catering, banqueting services, and venue partnerships across 30 countries. The London opening is a major milestone for the brand.
