About Taste Asia
Taste Asia is published by NewYox Media Group, London, United Kingdom. These terms apply to this website and its editorial content. For enquiries, contact editor@tasteasia.co.uk, or write to Taste Asia, Northway House, 257 Upper Street, London N1 1RU, United Kingdom.
Editorial content and dining guides
Our articles, reviews, interviews and guides provide general information and editorial opinion based on information available at publication. Experiences are individual, and inclusion or a review badge does not guarantee a particular experience.
Prices, menus, opening hours, ratings, awards and ownership can change. Confirm arrangements directly with the venue before booking or travelling. Discuss allergies, dietary requirements and accessibility needs directly with the provider. Our content does not replace specialist professional advice.
Copyright and sharing
Articles, photographs, artwork, magazine designs and branding belong to Taste Asia or their respective rights holders. You may read content, share links and make personal copies where lawful. Statutory exceptions, including fair dealing with appropriate acknowledgement where required, remain available.
Obtain permission before substantial reproduction, commercial republication, reuse of photographs or use of our branding. Retain credits and do not imply endorsement without agreement. Automated use must respect intellectual property rights and must not disrupt the website.
Contributions and interviews
When supplying material for publication, ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions and that information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, confidential or infringing material. Tell us about any embargo or publication restriction before supplying it.
Material expressly supplied for publication may be edited and used for the agreed editorial purpose and associated promotion, subject to any separate agreement. Contributors retain copyright they own. We may edit for accuracy, clarity, length and house style while respecting the substance of a contribution. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment or a publication date. Any payment or additional usage rights must be agreed separately.
Responsible use and comments
Use interactive features respectfully. Do not submit abuse, threats, spam, misleading claims or another person’s private information without permission. We may moderate, decline or remove contributions for legitimate editorial, legal or security reasons. Do not introduce malicious software, seek unauthorised access or interfere with the service.
Advertising and commercial services
Advertising, sponsored features and commercial partnerships should be clearly identified. Paid placement does not guarantee a favourable independent review. Advertising and commissioned services require separately agreed scope, fees, deadlines and payment terms. An enquiry alone does not create a paid booking.
Third-party links and purchases
Restaurants, retailers, booking services and digital magazine platforms control their own services. External links do not guarantee their accuracy, security or availability. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are governed by your agreement with the relevant provider. Relevant affiliate or commercial relationships should be disclosed with the content concerned.
Corrections and complaints
We aim to publish accurate and fair material. To report an error, missing credit or rights concern, email editor@tasteasia.co.uk with the page link, relevant passage and supporting information. We will consider the issue and make appropriate corrections or changes where warranted. Content may be updated or archived.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every article or external service remains current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general editorial information or the independent acts of third-party providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy, changes and applicable law
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may revise these terms; the date above identifies the latest version. Changes do not retrospectively alter separately agreed contracts.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
