The culinary offerings are meticulously crafted, from the aromatic Pilau rice, imbued with subtle spices, to the lamb shank, so tender it practically melts off the bone. Their chicken tikka is a masterclass in marination, juicy and packed with flavour, while the lamb chops are impossibly tender, a feat that speaks to the chef’s skill in honouring traditional methods. Crispy onion pakoras add a delightful contrast, each bite a harmonious blend of flavour and texture.
