Cyrus’s culinary journey spans decades, continents, and accolades.  But his passion for food quickly propelled him into the kitchens of The Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces group, where he rose through the ranks to become the Executive Chef in Goa overseeing the various kitchens of two 5-star properties in Goa plus a commissary kitchen. A brief stint in Australia eventually led Cyrus to settle in the UK over 20 years ago, where he opened the iconic Café Spice Namasté in 1995, cementing his name as a pioneer of Indian cuisine in Britain. Café Spice Namasté earned acclaim for its innovative menu and has been a staple of London’s dining scene for decades.
